Citibank Citi Mobile

Our team was building ideas around how to promote text banking back in 2007, when this ability was very new and unfamiliar. The goal was to position Citi Mobile features around an idea that was familiar to users. Starting from the notion of banking under the table, we worked out a campaign based around the idea of banking discreetly, as anyone accessing their bank account via text would want fast and discreet access to their accounts.
